Toz .22

Bolt action 5 shot mag, my homemade silencer (17 years as a tool-maker/engineer before becoming a Pastor for the last 6 1/2 years!), laser, bipods. I mainly use this rifle for night shooting of possums. Being bolt action, it fires CB Longs, which are so quiet that all you hear is the click of the bolt! Not the nicest rifle in the world, but being my first one ever bought, I'm planning on keeping it! I plan on fitting a scope to it as soon as the finances allow.

Update February 2007  - With an impending court appearance and fine on they way, I have to find some cash! Unfortunately I've had to sell my TOZ. I put a 4x20 scope on it, and sold it for $300.

I think TOZ rifles are excellent entry level firearms. I know people talk about their extreme accuracy, but this was not my experience after owning two of them. Basically the workmanship is rather rough. The bolt action is not smooth or precise as more expensive firearms.
