Chris and Christian with a chicken
I took Chris and Christian out for a night shoot at friends properties. Just as we arrived, I was telling them how wild chickens roost in the trees and look just like a piece of paper or a plastic bag caught in a branch. 'See' I said, 'There's one right over there!' 'No it isn't, they replied. 'That IS a piece of rubbish in the tree!'
Well, to cut a long story short - it wasn't rubbish, it was this fine rooster. Christ shot it with a CB Long, and winged it. A chase followed, and finally we had out prize.
Later that night, Christian heard a scraping sound, and turned to see a possum climbing a tree only 5 meters away. We loaded a CD Long into the action, and five shots later, Christian has his first possum - which he skinned as well!
