Dedicated to Keeping New Zealand Cleaner and Greener!
Toad Hunting In Papua New Guinea
While returning to my birth
country of PNG, I had the opportunity
to do a bit of toad hunting. Man, the skin on these things is like leather!
They are considered a pest, and are poisonous too.
Jared and I caught around 18 Toads in the one night. One of the safest and instant ways to kill them is to hit them over the head with a strong stick. With a bit of imagination, this turned into 'Toad Baseball' and a variation called 'Toad Golf'.
