Holiday at Piha

Went for a few days holiday at Piha - on New Zealand's West Coast

Below is the view from the batch where we stayed. I joined three photos together, and added a bit of digital affect - apart from that - the scene is 'as it is'.

Fantastic few days holiday with my family (with my beautiful wife and three youngest kids - as the three oldest are either married or studying fulltime at varsity)

The large rock structure to the left of the photo is called Lion Rock - when viewed from the right angle, it looks like a lion.

It's Duck Season in New Zealand!

Rest assured this little duckie wasn't harmed in the process of taking this photo - there is NO way my kids would allow that!

However, Piha IS one or two rabbits less :-)

I couldn't resist a couple of photos of my rifle and custom suppressors with such a beautiful back-ground.
